On 24 February 2022 the Russian army invaded the republic of Ukraine.
As association of engineers we are deeply shocked by the Russian attack on the Ukrainian Republic. Our fellow engineers should be able to do their important work and live in peace and freedom.
Within the European Federation of professional engineers FEANI we have been working together with the Union of Scientific and Engineering Associations of Ukraine for many years. We are both members of the "Central Group" in FEANI and cooperate also at European level to mutually recognise engineering education.
Our thoughts and empathy are with our associates in Ukraine during these difficult times. Their safety and well being are also our concern. We are committed to provide as much support as possible to those impacted.
