Omschrijving

During the conference ‘Oil & Gas, fuel for education’ at The Hague University of Applied Sciences in November 2015, students emphasised that a company’s image is important to them when choosing an employer. Students feel that an employer’s reputation impacts their own personal/professional image.

Do talents know about your company? What is your firm’s reputation? How do people regard the sector you belong to? For instance, the media do not always present the energy sector in a positive light.

Employer branding is an important issue. We would like to explore tangible solutions. The Hague University, KIVI, West Holland Foreign Investment Agency, KPMG and the City of The Hague would therefore like to invite you to this (follow-up) meeting.

The meeting is aimed at communications and HR departments, but everybody is welcome to attend. You may forward this invitation to interested companies and parties in the energy sector.

At the end of the meeting, during refreshments, we would like to take the opportunity to inform you about the Soft Skills for the Energy Sector training programme, which was devised in cooperation with CB&I, Tebodin and Technip. And we would also like to hear your thoughts on the Energy Sector Transition minor that is currently being developed at The Hague University of Applied Sciences.
