On December 9th Heijmans will give an interactive online lunch lecture about environmental management in infrastructure projects. Environmental manager Maarten van Dijck will take you on the journey of the Heijmans project A1 Apeldoorn to Azelo and what it means to do his job on a large project like this. Think for example of stakeholder management, communication with the public, traffic management, ecology, tracking down explosives and nuisance for local residents. Through the interactive presentation you will get to know all the ins and outs of managing a project of this scale!
