We are making swift progress with professionalising the Chartership structure in the Netherlands using the knowledge and expertise of our new Chartership section.
With an enthusiastic group of volunteers from within our Chartership section and with help from PAO techniek en management, we have developed a new course for mentors. We are now ready to host our first new mentor course on 19th of April for 20 Chartered or Incorporated Engineers interested to become a mentor or assessor! After opening the registration the course was fully booked within two days.
As a mentor you coach aspiring Chartered and Incorporated Engineers in preparing their portfolio within and outside your organisation. This is both fun as well as rewarding and helps gain Chartership the momentum it deserves!
