We continue our collaboration with the Centre for Innovation of Leiden University in 2019, and so we invite you to join us on Wednesday 27 March in The Hague, to explore organizational ambidexterity together with problem owners, change agents and researchers at the event Agile for Ambidexterity at Leiden University - Centre for Innovation.
Should organizations focus on innovation or operation? Finding the balance between exploration and exploitation is essential to survive and thrive in a changing world.
Programme
The programme is set up to facilitate the knowledge exchange, and we divide the event into three parts: interesting keynotes, engaging workshops, and drinks and networking.
