Sif is market leader in the fabrication of foundations for offshore wind turbines. During this event you will get acquainted with challenges that need to be overcome when fabricating massive XL monopiles to support the next generation offshore windturbines. A view on future developments and smart design in foundation technology will be presented as well. The lecture will address the fabrication process at the Sif facilities at the Maasvlakte and the challenges that need to be overcome when fabricating massive XL monopiles to support the next generation offshore windturbines and will be followed by a tour at the Sif fabrication yard at the Maasvlakte.

Bij uw aanmelding dient u aan te geven of u per auto komt of in aanmerking wilt komen om met de KIVI-bus mee te rijden die om 17:00 uur vanaf Station Delft vertrekt. De capaciteit van de bus is 50 personen.

De Algemene Ledenvergadering van KIVI OT zal, voor het eerst sinds de corona-uitbraak, weer in persoon plaatsvinden op 16 juni. Aansluitend of voorafgaand aan de presentatie van Sif.

Vertrek KIVI-bus vanaf Station Delft (capaciteit: 50p), vol = vol.
17:30 uur
Tussenstop metrostation Schiedam Vijfsluizen (voor studenten/deelnemers uit Rotterdam)
18:00 uur
Aankomst bij Futureland, soep en broodje bij Futureland - gesponsord door Sif
18:45 uur
Presentatie Sif
19:30 uur
Twee bussen van 50p gaan naar Sif: de ene naar Hal A, de andere rondgang terrein. Daarna wisselen de bussen om zodat ze beide hetzelfde doen (Hal A uitleg en rondgang terrein)
20:15 uur
Bussen terug bij Futureland --> Borrel
21:30 uur
Einde + vervoer terug (eigen vervoer of KIVI-bus naar Delft (en eventuele tussenstop Schiedam)
