Excursion to Shell STCA was a combination of a lecture by Chris Laurens (VP Innovation and New Energy Technology) and a visit to the labs.

The number of participants was limited to 40 and the acitivity was fully booked within a couple of days.

The lecture was a sublime introduction to Energy Future and resulted in an interactive session with the presenter. The visit to the labs included a view of the Qatar GTL-maquette, the pilot plant for CO2 flue gas washing and a demo at the 3D printer.
