Het Koninklijk Instituut van Ingenieurs (KIVI), opgericht in 1847, is met bijna 17.500 members dé community voor ingenieurs en technisch opgeleide professionals (hbo en universitair).
KIVI helpt jou onder andere om je zelf te ontwikkelen. KIVI doet dit op verschillende manieren. Je kunt lezingen volgen over verschillende vakgebieden, bedrijfsbezoeken doen, zelf bestuurlijke functies uitoefenen en ook kun je een mentor toegewezen krijgen die jou helpt verder te groeien op persoonlijk en professioneel vlak. Ook heeft KIVI een online tool ter beschikking die je kunt gebruiken om je vaardigheden, je doelen en je planning in op te nemen. Het is een handig instrument voor zelfanalyse en reflectie. Ook kun je jouw prestaties en vaardigheden delen met anderen. Voor KIVI staat jouw persoonlijke ontwikkeling voorop.

The Koninklijk Instituut van Ingenieurs/Royal Institute of Engineers (KIVI), started in 1847, is with almost 17.500 members the community for engineers and technically trained professionals (college and university).
KIVI helps you to develop yourself, among other things. KIVI does this in various ways. You can follow lectures on various fields, visit companies, exercise managerial functions and you can also be assigned to a mentor to help you grow further on a personal and professional level. KIVI also has an online tool that you can use to record your skills, goals and planning. It is a useful tool for self-analysis and reflection. You can also share your achievements and skills with others. Your personal development comes first for KIVI.
