Rui Costa guided us through an interesting and entertaining story on unmanned Naval vessels. He highlighted multiple interesting elements, from historical use of these vessels up to their effectiveness in current warfare and the critical design aspects when developing these platforms. His contribution did not stop at the end of the presentation, in the week following the session he will sent out an e-mail with some assignment/questions which enable the participants to get involved in the topic and share ideas relevant for future development of unmanned vessels.
