A celebration with professionals, students and laymen will be held at one of the most iconic spaces of Rotterdam, the Hofbogen Rooftop terrace.
The bamboo dome built by Bambú Social together with Engineers Without Borders, thanks to the support of all of our sponsors, will be the centerpiece around which we invite you to celebrate the World Bamboo Day.
Architect and bamboo expert Olav Bruin and Bambú Social will give a grasp of the potential of bamboo as a suitable, sustainable construction material for developing countries.
You are welcome from 12.00 onwards for a lunch, drinks and music. Next to this you can learn Salsa in the salsa workshop provided by the student association So Salsa!
So come, learn, eat, dance, meet new people and celebrate the World Bamboo day with us!
Pre-sale tickets include entrance to the event and lunch.
