KIVI KRING CARIBBEAN  - ARUBA is visiting Aruba Airport Authority NV (AAA) to explore its aspiration to become the most sustainable airport in Latin America and the Caribbean

The next activity of KIVI Kring Caribbean – Aruba is a visit to Aruba Airport Authority NV (AAA). AAA has set a goal to become the most sustainable, safe and future proof airport of Latin America & the Caribbean.

AAA’s aspiration should be realized by 2030 and will result in a provision for a trusted workplace, modern airport facilities and excellent customer service which reflects the Aruban hospitality, contributing to a prosperous future for Aruba.

     

Current building and the gateway 2030 

AAA has a clear sustainability policy which was signed by the CEO on April 20, 2020. Besides that AAA  publishes an annual Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) report. AAA is an active participant in supporting the local community. AAA also initiated its journey to achieve the Airport Carbon Accreditation which is described in the Carbon Emission Policy. 

The visit will take place on the 9th of May 2023 at the Aeropuerto Internacional Reina Beatrix of Aruba from 09:00 up to 11:00 a.m and there is no fee for attending. There will be a short presentation on AAA’s 2022 CSR, plans and projects for improvement of the Airport. There will also be a tour at AAA’s utility building. The number of participants at this activity is limited to a maximum of 15 persons. 

KIVI Kring Caribbean – Aruba invites interested engineers and others to join us on this visit to AAA to learn more about its aspiration to become the most sustainable airport in Latin America and the Caribbean.
