Engineers put maximum efforts to improve the quality of life in our society with their invaluable knowledge and technological solutions. KIVI offers its member engineers: communities for professional fields of study, a platform for addressing societal challenges, the possibility to give direction to one’s career and a great social network. All engineering disciplines are represented within KIVI. We organize a large number of activities throughout the year and provide professional services to our members. Of course we also focus on engineers from abroad who work or study in the Netherlands. In our international community we highlight activities and topics which are of special interest for expats.

Activity in the spotlight: Hong Kong study tour (postponed)
Hong Kong is a vibrant city and a special administrative region of China (SAR). The region consists of 236 islands with a total area of 1.104 square kilometers and has over seven milion inhabitants (the area of the Netherlands is 40.000 square kilometers!). This clearly offers big challenges to the engineers of Hong Kong regarding spatial planning, health, waste management and sustainable energy.
Young KIVI Engineers organizes a study tour with the topic: Hi-Tech Future, Sustainable City. The team is currently looking for young professionals, who would like to help organizing the trip. All help is welcome (brainstorm on sponsoring, content of the trip, PR etc.). If you're interested, contact us at email@example.com.Click here for more information
