First lifts with Pioneering Spirit's new Jacket lift system

Allseas’ Pioneering Spirit deployed its revolutionary Jacket lift system for the first time in April 2022 to remove an 8100 tonne jacket from the North Sea. Three months later an 11,000 tonne jacket was lifted and transported to shore. Edward Heerema will present and discuss these jacket lifts, which complete Pioneering Spirit as a total solution for the removal and installation of offshore facilities.
The lecture will be preceded by the award ceremony for the best graduation theses in the field of Offshore Technology.
