Omschrijving

You've made a flying start in your career in the Oil & Gas industry as a young professional engineer. However, there are some general issues you come across which stand in the way of your optimal performance. For example: How do you tell a customer that their 'small request' changes the price drastically? Or that your colleague really needs to do that task on his own? Or how do you ensure that you are being heard in the meeting and that your ideas are taken seriously?

During this training we’ll be working on your Personal Skills. Subjects like: assertiveness, feedback, bad news interviews, delegating and collaborating, will be covered. Prior to the training there is an intake so that we can tailor the training to your personal needs. In addition to the theoretical basis there is room for peer review, where we will discuss your personal situation. The goal of this training is to give you the tools and the insight to improve your perfor-mance. The participants are young professional engineers in the Oil & Gas industry.

This training is an initiative of The Hague University of applied sciences , the Royal Netherlands Society of Engineers (KIVI) and a number of engineering companies in the Oil & Gas industry.
